We haven’t posted for some time mainly because there have been very few new approaches regarding visa delays. There are various reasons for this. We believe a significant one is that in the preparation of application issues in the runup to the initial JR hearing resulted in many cases being resolved.
As we mentioned when we scaled back our campaign our focus was going to be on the JR, which is what we duly did, information gathering and presenting in the correct legal format was extremely time consuming, but we believe, worth it.
We have a half-hour hearing scheduled for 8th November based on the issues we experienced in the earlier months of the scheme. We will update this website as soon as we know the outcome of that hearing. We continue to monitor this website and have written this in response to a few enquiries.
